Further expanding our academic portfolio, Chapman is excited to announce the award of our inaugural project with Babson College! The project team is currently engaged in pre-construction, planning the phasing and logistics to ensure that summer residents will not be disturbed during the course of the project. The project scope includes the renovation of 30 dorm rooms, and multiple common areas, kitchens, and restrooms.

This summer, Chapman will also be completing a 35K SF build-out of office and research/development space for wireless electricity technology company, WiTricity. Having completed the original build-out of their headquarters in 2010, we are excited to be brought back on board now that they’re moving to a new space!
