Two-floor renovation inside a historic Boston building to accommodate the client’s new corporate U.S. headquarters. Throughout this project, we worked closely with the architect and engineer to maintain the original integrity of the building while also updating the space to meet the client’s specifications.

The completed space showcases many of the building’s original features, including exposed columns and brick walls, while also incorporating modern amenities like indoor bike storage, and high-end features like polished concrete, exposed ceilings and a brand-new HVAC system. For ease of travel between both floors of the space, we also cut in a new interior communicating staircase.
