After completing the original build-out of Night Shift’s brewhouse and taproom, Chapman was brought back to renovate additional warehouse space to help expand their brewing operations and double their production capability. The renovation included a new structural tapered slab, epoxy floor, and utilities as needed to support the new fermenters and bright tanks. Working in a tight space with complex piping and equipment layouts the team’s collaborative and flexible approach lead to the smooth installation of their rigging equipment, tanks, boiler and chiller.
