10,000 sf renovation to an existing maternity suite to create an inpatient acute care rehabilitation center for Frisbie Memorial Hospital.

The new unit features 19 beds, two semi-private patient rooms, a day room, gym with fitness equipment and an Activities of Daily Living (ADL) room. We also made upgrades to MEP systems, wall protections, flooring, and paint.

With a steadfast deadline for the facility to receive funding and accreditation, aggressive and precise coordination and scheduling was required from our team. Working collaboratively with the client and the design team ensured that we were able to complete this project before the required deadline.

This completed unit now provides high-quality physical, occupational, and speech therapy to patients in New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts.
