LEED-CI Gold certified, multi-phase renovation to accommodate growth in services at the University’s Student Health Services Center. The project was performed in a fully occupied and active student health center where the project team had to be sensitive to the ongoing student care being conducted in the building.

This 21,500 sf renovation included gutting the existing space and erecting 30 new therapy offices, ten primary care exam rooms, 14 administrative offices, a new reception area, a staff break room, and bathrooms. New MEPs, LED lighting, and finishes were installed throughout the space.

In addition, we renovated the entrance vestibule, cut in a new communicating staircase between floors, and retrofitted the existing elevator shaft to house a new passenger elevator.
