Phase one renovation of 42 dorm rooms within Collins Hall ranging from single-occupancy studio apartments to two-and-four person units across three floors. This 60,000 sf renovation includes a complete gut and renovation of the kitchens and bathrooms, refreshed finishes, new lighting, and the installation of 216 PTAC units for heating and cooling of the apartments.

With a tight summer schedule, the collaborative effort with the project team was imperative to turning the building over in time for the new school year.
