LEED-CS Silver

Comprehensive base-building improvement project for Carruth Capital. The project featured new finishes and a full-service cafeteria and fitness center while delivering an efficient and environmentally friendly workspace for tenants. This project acheived a LEED-Core & Shell Silver certification and included many sustainable strategies including a 12Kw photovoltaic system, an electric car charging station, water efficient bathrooms, and high-efficiency rooftop units coupled with a new Building Automation System and expanded HVAC system controls.
