Will joined Chapman following his graduation from Wentworth Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in construction management. Prior to joining our team full-time, Will completed three student co-op terms with us, both in the office and out in the field, where he discovered his passion for managing projects on-site.

In his current role as Assistant Construction Supervisor, Will leverages his exceptional skills in relationship-building, problem-solving, and site planning to ensure the successful and timely completion of our projects.

When he is not on-site, you can find Will skiing, hiking, golfing, disc golfing, kayaking, or lounging by the pool!
