Tim joined the Chapman team with more than eight years of experience in the construction industry. Tim began in the industry as a laborer and foreman and progressed into his current role as a construction supervisor. With extensive on-site experience in a variety of market sectors, Tim is particularly well-versed in the intricacies of constructing sensitive hospital spaces and has contributed to numerous healthcare projects in and around Boston.

When he is not on site, Tim can be found at home spending time with his wife, son, and daughter who he hopes to one day travel Europe and South America with.
