Prior to joining Chapman, Paul worked in various roles and markets throughout the construction industry. Paul has worked as a laborer and carpenter for a custom residential builder and a geotechnical contractor on larger jobs that required building tunnels, underground garages, foundations, and dams. He even worked on the Big Dig in Boston!
In his current role, Paul utilizes his experience, patience, and sense of humor to run successful projects and mentor his younger colleagues. His favorite project to date has been the Bully Boy Distillery where he had the opportunity to assemble a still, grain auger, and other equipment, and restore several artifacts from a 90-year-old building, work with some extremely skilled craftsmen, and be a vital creative member of a unique and interesting project.
When he is not on a job site, you can probably find Paul spending time with his wife and sons, boating, cooking, playing hockey, and repairing and restoring old items. At the top of Paul’s bucket list is hosting an episode of This Old House – and we think he would be perfect for the role!
