Nick brings over 12 years of construction industry experience to Chapman. After graduating from Wentworth’s Construction Management program, Nick began working as a site supervisor for a developer. Eventually, Nick was exposed to every aspect of the development process, from finding land deals to acquiring, designing, and permitting raw land for large-scale single and multi-family housing developments as well as some commercial projects. Prior to joining Chapman, Nick was managing their entire residential division.

As a licensed Massachusetts construction supervisor and home improvement contractor with OSHA 30 certification, Nick offers deep practical knowledge of construction processes. His professional strengths include hands-on experience, innovative problem-solving, and a passion for understanding project intricacies. He excels at implementing systems to enhance organizational efficiency and is always eager to explore new challenges that promote learning and growth.

When not at work, Nick can be found in his woodshop, working on his antique car, or spending quality time with his family.
