He has a unique combination of skill sets, including the ability to organize and manage his jobs and staff, train and mentor his site team, a high level of computer proficiency, and an extensive knowledge of MEPs, construction materials, and methods. With his vast construction experience and years of Chapman service, Joe is typically the first stop for new employees in our supervisor trainee program.
