After graduating college, Isabella worked for a non-profit organization that focused on research, development, and raising awareness about novel energy technologies that use clean and innovative forms of energy. Prior to joining Chapman, she worked for three years in residential construction, first as a carpenter’s apprentice and then in a management role.

As a Project Assistant, Isabella brings her knowledge of construction, attention to detail, and approachability to every project she works on.

When she is not on a job site, Isabella can be found with her baby niece or playing Scrabble with friends.
