Aaron Shwom brings over a decade of construction industry experience to his role as Director of Preconstruction at Chapman. Starting his career in residential design-build, Aaron transitioned to commercial construction where he has spent over eight years honing his expertise in estimating, procurement, and project management across high-profile projects throughout Greater Boston.

A systems thinker with an eye for detail, Aaron specializes in transforming complex challenges into actionable solutions. His strategic approach to preconstruction creates value for clients early in the development process, helping to navigate potential pitfalls and ensure project feasibility before significant resources are committed.

When not at work, he can be found renovating his 1850s Italianate home, pursuing his passion for millworking, or exploring the outdoors with his two sons.
