Tracy Strong

Tracy Strong has been promoted to Project Manager. Tracy joined Chapman as a Project Assistant in 2017 and has consistently proven herself to be an extremely valuable member of our team. Tracy has played a key role in developing our reputation within the New Hampshire construction market and has worked on some of our most exciting and challenging projects including Madbury Public Library, JPMorgan Chase Bank and Portsmouth Regional MRI Replacement. Tracy’s ability to manage relationships at every stage of the project make her a strong Project Manager as well as a resource to other staff. We are extremely excited to see Tracy excel in her new role!

Paul Staruski

Paul Staruski has been promoted to Senior Construction Supervisor. Throughout his 8 years at Chapman, Paul has continuously distinguished himself as one of our most technically proficient supervisors. Paul thrives on challenges and consistently offers project teams sound solutions to complex problems. His broad background and extensive knowledge of construction methods and materials uniquely qualifies Paul for many of our most challenging projects. For these reasons and many more, we congratulate Paul on his promotion and look forward to supporting him in his new role.
