His favorite projects are the challenging ones requiring great attention to detail, including repositioning and ground-up projects like Cornerstone Square. In addition to being a hands-on project executive, Rich oversees and is an integral part of Chapman’s marketing and business development efforts. When he’s not working, Rich can be found on the golf course or traveling to warm destinations with family and friends.
