Chapman’s expertise was enlisted to breathe new life into a weary, aging exterior.

The project scope involved the complete overhaul of the outdated EIFS (Exterior Insulation Finishing System) façade and punched window wall assemblies. In their place, floor-to-ceiling glass curtain wall, spandrel curtain wall veneer, and custom terra cotta panels were meticulously installed, improving the overall performance and look of the façade. In addition, we updated the surrounding landscape to provide clear views of the building.

The updated façade and exterior finishes now allow for unobstructed interior views, increased daylighting, improved insulation, and efficient bulk water management. Additionally, the modern and sleek exterior enhancements have positioned the building to be more appealing to current and prospective tenants.
