Construction of a 60,000 sf cannabis cultivation facility, including electrical service upgrades, 1.5 MW generator, chiller and boiler plant, new roof, and extensive structural upgrades. The facility includes an RO water system, clone, veg, and mother rooms, flower rooms, extraction lab, commercial kitchen, packaging areas and vaults.

Proper planning with the local municipal light plant ensured the power upgrade was in place when the new switchboard arrived. Close coordination with the FAA and Fitchburg air traffic controller ensured the crane picks for dunnage steel and roof mounted HVAC equipment was on schedule.
