This month we are excited to kick off a 30,000 sf renovation for the Velcro Companies at their Manchester, NH manufacturing facilities. This project will include new office space for their research and development team, new rooftop units, new mechanical systems, and the construction of an internal connecting stair featuring reclaimed structural beams from the existing roof.

After completing a 45,000 sf office and R&D lab renovation with the Velcro Companies in 2015, we are excited to continue our relationship with them and the rest of the project team: Colliers International, Gensler, and WB Engineers.
