Ben Tucker, President

Ben Tucker has been named President of Chapman Construction/Design by owner John Hall, who will assume the title of Founder & Principal. During his eight years here, Ben has worked closely with John and the other members of senior leadership including SVPs John Ferreira and Rich Elliott. This close collaboration will continue as Ben officially takes the helm.

Bob D’Amico, Senior Vice President

Chapman’s longest-tenured employee, Bob D’Amico, has been named Senior Vice President. In his 33 years here, Bob has executed some of our most complex projects and worked with many of our longest-term clients. In addition to his project-related work, Bob makes indispensable contributions to our accounting and legal departments.

 John Twomey, Director of Construction Operations

Senior Project Manager John Twomey has been named Director of Construction Operations. In his eleven years here, John has risen through the project management ranks, earning the respect of clients and coworkers alike. In this role, John will continue to work in partnership with Senior Vice President John Ferreira, who has added the development of Chapman’s new Manchester, NH office to his responsibilities.
