In keeping with our tradition of spreading a little holiday cheer Chapman’s Santa accompanied by his favorite elf packed up the Prius set out to deliver gifts to a few local toy drives. Stops along the way included Project Hope, Rosie’s Place and Horizons for Homeless Children. By setting up in-house toy “stores” for their guests and families these organizations help make the holidays special for hundreds of children each year.
After the toys were delivered Santa and his elf crashed the holiday party at South Shore ARC; an organization that provides services and advocacy for children and adults with developmental challenges. Santa was the hit of the party; each individual received a gift bag and got their picture taken with Santa. In return they made him festive stocking which he immediately hung up once back at his workshop.
