During their May 24th awards ceremony Guy received on of IFMA’s Awards of Excellence for his contributions to IFMA’s Sustainability Committee and commitment to the education of young professionals. The Award of Excellence is the second highest achievement award IFMA presents to its members which total 22,655 in 78 countries. Guy joined IFMA in March of 2008 and has been an active member of the Sustainability Committee since June of the same year. During that time Guy has contributed to the organization of and been the keynote speaker at numerous education roundtable events, tours, and programs specifically designed to provide significant learning experiences for SAFM, the Student Association of Facility Managers.
